About me.

I am a wife and mother to two adult sons and a recent empty-nester. I have a passion for trying new recipes and techniques to make creative and nutritious meals for family and friends.

I work full time as an occupational therapist, teaching others how to adapt to injuries or life-altering medical diagnoses. In my own health journey I have discovered the importance of prioritizing self care in order to better help those around me.

Although I am not a naturally organized person, I have learned to adapt, and over the years have become more successful in organizing my time and my life–giving me time and energy to devote to the things that really matter to me–the people I care about. It is my hope through this blog to help others who also struggle with organization and planning.
